Model operation and precautions
1. Preparation before production
1.1 Check whether the machine has any parts or components damaged, check whether the screws are loose, check whether the wires and cables are damaged or fall off, and if damaged, replace or repair them in time; check whether there are sundries in the hopper of the extruder and clean them up, Then close the material gate.
1.2 Check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially where the impact is strong, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
1.3 Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water source are normal.
1.4 Check whether the emergency stop switches, safety door switches, and protection device detection switches are normal.
1.5 Check whether each pneumatic component is leaking and whether the action is sensitive.
1.6 Please strictly follow the procedures in the operation manual.
2. Normal production
When the machine is in normal production, a special person is required to take care of it, and if any problems are found, they should be dealt with in time. Due to the high degree of automation of the machine, the workload during normal production is very small. The user only needs to add raw materials regularly, and use containers to collect finished products and scraps at the designated positions of the machine.
