Extrusion MOULD is a kind of forming die, but its discharge method is realized by extrusion. It is widely used in aluminum special-shaped structures, and is also used in plastic parts. At the front end of the extruder, it is used to make pipes or profiles.
Extrusion mould function:
1. The extrusion mold makes the boring change from a spiral trajectory to a linear trajectory;
2. Generate the necessary pressure to ensure that the processed products are dense;
3. Make the boring get further plasticized through the extrusion die;
4. Form the required cross-sectional shape through the extrusion die.
